Dear Clients and Partners!

In the face of the growing threat of the spread of coronavirus infection COVID 19 in the Republic of Tajikistan, as part of anti-epidemic and preventive measures, many organizations and companies have imposed restrictions on their operations.

Since 05/05/2020, Dunyo Cargo has transferred most of the company’s personnel to the remote mode of operation and restricts customers from visiting the company’s office. We believe that these measures will not affect the efficiency of customer interaction processes with Dunyo Cargo services.

Freight restrictions

Dunyo Cargo takes responsibility for the delivery of your goods. However, under certain existing laws, as well as in connection with safety and security measures, the goods listed below are not accepted for carriage or are accepted with restrictions.

Prohibited - commodities

Animals, fish, birds (live) (Including mammals, reptiles, spiders, fish and birds)
Human remains or ashes in any form. This includes human embryos, placenta and ashes formed as gemstones.
Bullion (of any precious metal) (Usually, but not limited to gold or silver in mass e.g. gold bars or ingots). Loose precious stones. Articles of precious metals and stones.
Cash (current legal tender) (bank notes, currency notes and coins).
Complete firearms, firearms parts, ammunition, explosives / explosive devices including inert explosives and test pieces, air guns, replica and imitation firearms (under x-ray replica firearms resemble real guns and may cause disruption and delay in the screening process).
Ivory and illegal goods. (Any goods considered to be illegal (as determined either by the exporting country, transit points, importing country or international law) are prohibited for carriage. E.g. pornography, pirated goods, goods certain narcotics (heroin, cocaine), counterfeit products, smoking blends containing the following ingredients: sage predictors (Salvia divinorum), hawaiian rose (Argyreia nervosa), blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea).
Hunting trophies (animal skins, stuffed animals or birds, horns, skulls, etc.)
Toy guns, firearm parts, tasers, and replica ammunition.
Imitation or replica firearms, ammunition, explosives/explosive devices. Firearms parts. (Including all parts of firearms (e.g. rifle butts, sight, trigger mechanisms, screws/bolts etc.) manufactured for the sole purpose of creating a functional firearm). Objects that may potentially be used as a weapon, but this is not their direct purpose (kitchen knives), including decorative products (sabres, swords, etc.) are accepted for carriage without restrictions, but the sender shall attach the certificate /passport (with stamp), that the given object is not a cold weapon
Medicinal Cannabis.
Counterfeit goods in breach of IPR.
Commemorative Coins and Medals. Commemorative coins and medals with an individual value or total shipment value of €2,000.

Restricted - commodities

Antiques and works of art (insured or uninsured). Regardless of value, if insured, customers must provide an independent proof of value in advance of collection.

Banderols / tax stickers.

Cigarettes, Cigars, Tobacco products, and electronic cigarettes.

Negotiable instruments in bearer form (whether cash-like or not). E.g. activated SIM cards for mobile telephones, blank or activated credit or cash dispenser cards, blank checks, event tickets whether cash-like or not, lottery tickets, money or postal orders, pre-paid phone cards, tickets (blank stock), Traveller’s Cheques, vouchers/tokens, unused stamps etc.

Perishable goods: plants seedlings, fresh vegetables and fruits, mushrooms, berries, grass, frozen food and food that require temperature maintenance, not placed in a thermal box.

Furs.

Jewelry without precious and semi-precious stones and metals for delivery within the country. Jewelry without precious and semi-precious stones and metals for international delivery if the price of the individual item is not more than € 5,000 total party value – not more than € 100 000, not limited for transportation and accepted according to the custom regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan and Dunyo Cargo rules.

Watches without precious metals. Individual items with values in excess of €5,000** and consignments in excess of €100,000 are restricted for carriage. If the assessed value does not exceed specified limits, the watches are accepted without restrictions.

Ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and their protection during processing is a priority for Dunyo Cargo. We guarantee that the personal data you provide will be processed by us solely subject to all requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on personal data, as well as in accordance with the Company Personal data processing policy and ensuring the security of personal data. The collected personal data will be recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located within the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Hereinafter, the “Operator" means the Limited Liability Company "Dunyo" located at the address: Republic of Tajikistan, 734024, Dushanbe, ul. Friendship of Peoples 62.
You confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data by the Operator in the following ways:
(1) by continuing to visit Dunyo Cargo sites and use their functionality;
(2) Ticking the “Consent to the processing of personal data” field and (or) activating the function for entering information (for example, by clicking on the “Send”, “Enter” buttons, etc.) when filling out the relevant web forms on Dunyo Cargo sites and pages.
By confirming your consent, you authorize the Operator, and also under its instructions any third party, to process personal data specified by you in the corresponding web forms of the Dunyo Cargo sites, as well as information obtained during your visit to the Dunyo Cargo sites and the use of their functionality.
Personal data processing is carried out in the composition and combination necessary to achieve one, several or all of the following goals that are relevant for the relationship between you and the Operator:
(1) the provision of services to you by the Operator for the delivery (transportation), pick up, processing, storage, delivery of goods, as well as the provision of other related services;
(2) the provision to you by the Operator of a full set of customs brokerage services;
(3) the provision of services by the Operator for the placement and storage of goods in warehouses;
(4) consideration and accounting of your inquiries (proposals, comments, claims, acknowledgements) to the Operator, as well as providing informing services to you;
(5) assessment of your satisfaction with the services that were provided to you by the Operator, as well as monitoring of the quality of services rendered;
(6) offering you services provided by the Operator, as well as conducting business negotiations with you;
(7) the organization of your participation in incentive and other events aimed at increasing recognition and consumer loyalty with respect to the Operator, as well as promoting the services of these persons.

The processing of the personal data you specified will be carried out using automation tools and without using automation tools by receiving (collecting) them through open Internet communication channels, including receiving from third parties, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing ), extraction, use, transfer (provision of access), blocking, deletion and termination. The Operator may transfer the personal data you specify exclusively to its employees, as well as to third parties that have taken the obligation to ensure the confidentiality of personal data received from the Operator.
This Consent is valid from the moment of its provision and for the period of providing you with relevant services, considering your requests, your information services, evaluating your satisfaction with the services provided, monitoring the quality of your services, offering you services, conducting business negotiations with you, organizing your participation in incentives programs and other activities on the part of the Operator, as well as within 5 (five) years after completion of the provision of customs clearance and warehouse services to you, within 3 (three) years after completion of the provision of transport services to you, after considering your requests, terminating your information services, assessing your satisfaction with the services provided, terminating the quality control of your services, terminating your participation in incentive and other events, within 6 (six) months after offering you services, completing business negotiations with you.
